Tap Truck Long Island
Joe Schaffer and Nic Mancini are the proud owners of Tap Truck Long Island based in New York State. The company proudly serves from Montauk to Manhattan. Weddings, Corporate events and private parties! For years they have enjoyed hosting their own parties and were always interested in the idea of mobile beverage service to turn the party up a notch.
It was not until the summer of 2020 when they found themselves with a canceled trip to Europe and many of their favorite restaurants shuttering when they decided to revisit the idea.
Nic is a collector of vintage goods and fixer at heart and Joe is a builder and master host. Loving the idea of a classic American Truck paired with a personal beverage choice bringing memorable moments to life and wanting to be a part of Tap Truck.
Builders by nature, Joe and Nic want to support local small businesses, energize philanthropic endeavors and bring joy to events across Long Island. With a rich sense of community Tap Truck is perfect for events at Old Bethpage Village restoration, The Paramount, Belmont Racetrack or your backyard ....
Not only can tap trucks provide beer, but also wine, margaritas and even hot chocolate during those Winter months! In the Summer they can serve fmobile bar truck out from Massapequa to East Hampton and suffolk county.
Their First truck on Long Island “Blu” takes it’s cues and hues from the Atlantic Ocean it's parked near. Originally part of the Chevy Task Force Series this 1959 Chevy Panel truck has blue collar roots and is ready to work hard to bring your next event to life. If you see her driving on Sunrise highway or on the North Shore take a picture and say Hi.
Blu has 5 taps ready to go for any occasion and has become a big fan of pouring local IPAs from the best of Nassau and Suffolk County. From the Backyard to the Boardwalk she’s ready to go and enjoy your party.

Tap Truck USA
The Tap Truck concept was brought to life by childhood friends, Taylor and Corbin. They began the business in arguably the craft beer capitol of the world, San Diego. With a great deal of blood and sweat, Corbin and Taylor have grown Tap Truck San Diego into Tap Truck USA.
